Marysa Ouellette – RVT

It all started back in 1996 when Marysa started volunteering here at Kent County Veterinary Hospital. She followed by doing a co-op program here which helped her realize she wanted to become a veterinary technician. Marysa studied at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College and graduated as a registered veterinary technician in 2001. Upon graduation, she started working here as a technician. Marysa has a great love for dentistry and radiology. Come see her in September for dental health month and she will be sure to give your pet a beautiful smile!! She also loves to adopt her furry friends from the clinic so she can give them a second chance at life. Her newest family member is a cat named Nigel, who originally was brought to the clinic with a broken leg. After working in this field for many years Marysa says the best part of her job is getting to see and speak to many of our clients that have become great friends, due to the fact that we all share the same love of animals. No two days are the same which makes it even more exciting! Marysa feels privileged to be part of such a wonderful team.
