Appointment cancellation/ No show policy

We are experiencing a long wait list for clients needing exams, vaccinations and surgeries. Due to the increasing number of last minute cancellations and “no show” appointments the following policy will be enacted May 9th, 2022

Monday	8:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday	8:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday	8:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday	8:00am – 7:00pm
Friday	8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday	9:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday	Closed

Closed on holidays (may or may not be on call) On call every Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs but 2 weekends a month we send on call to an Emergency clinic in Moncton (closest city which is about 50 mins away). Please call our normal number and it will give you either the cell number of one of our vets that are on call or the number of the clinic in Moncton if we aren’t on call that weekend.
